The Contracting Authority Implements The Program Of Security Research For The Needs Of The State 2022–2027 (Secpro – Security Procurement), Vc - Bv I/1 - Vz, (Hereinafter Referred To As The “Program”) Whose Main Goal Is To Increase The Security Of The State And Citizens Of The Czech Republic Through The Support Of The Research Needs Of State Administration Bodies, Which Will Enable Individual Actors In The Field Of Security Assurance To Acquire, Acquire, Maintain And Develop The Necessary Specific Abilities For The Effective Security Of Tasks Within Their Purview. The Main Goal Of The Program Is Fulfilled Through Result-Oriented Sub-Goals In Connection With The Key Priorities In The Security Area. In Fulfilling The Objectives Of The Program, The Contracting Authority Accepted For Solution The Research Need Presented By The Police Of The Czech Republic, Which Plays The Role Of Expert Manager Of The Research Need And The Future Solution Of The Research, Development And Innovation Project And Will Be The Final User Of The Results.
