The Current Open Procedure Is For The Selection Of A Contractor And The Conclusion Of A Contract For Awarding The Performance Of A Public Procurement With The Subject: Preparation Of A Working Investment Project, Exercise Of Author Supervision And Implementation Of The Smr For The Construction Of A Multi-Storey Parking Lot On The Territory Of The Burgas-East Terminal 1, Port Of Burgas. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Following Main Types Of Activities: • Preparation Of A Working Investment Project Based On A Conceptual Concept Provided By The Contracting Authority When Concluding The Contract For Implementation, In Volume And Content According To Ordinance No. 4 Of May 21, 2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects, Other Applicable European Legislation, The Requirements For The Development Of The Investment Project Laid Down In The Technical Specification, As Well As Activities Representing A Condition, Consequence Or Addition To It, In Accordance With The Normative Regulations And The Current State Of The Object, Including Operating Companies And Other Bodies And Approval Under The Zut; • Exercising Authors Supervision During Construction And Elaboration Of Working Details; • Execution Of The Planned Construction And Installation Works, According To The Work Investment Projects Prepared Within The Framework Of The Present Procedure, Agreed And Approved In The Relevant Order, Quantities And Types Of Smr, And All Activities Reflected In The Technical Specification, Technical And Price Proposals Of The Selected Contractor For The Execution Of The Order. The Object Is A Construction Of The First Group, Third Category, According To Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 3, Letter C Of Zut. The Contractor For The Object Of The Order Will Have Commitments Arising From The Zut And In Accordance With All Other Normative Acts Regulating The Peculiarities And Obligations In His Activity In View Of The Specifics Of The Construction During The Realization Of The Project. The Contractor Should Perform The Planned Smr On The Subject Of The Order On The Basis Of The Work Investment Projects Prepared Within The Framework Of This Procedure, Agreed And Approved. Within The Framework Of This Public Procurement, All Types Of Civil Engineering Provided For In The Work Project Will Be Performed, With The Exception Of Delivery And Installation Of Panels For Photovoltaic Installation And Charging Columns For Powering Electric Vehicles. The Supporting Structure Of The Building Should Be Reinforced Concrete, Monolithic, Skeletal, With Beamless Slabs. The Parking Lot Should Be 4-Storey, Open And Above Ground With Minimum Indicators: Built-Up Area 2,878 Sq.M., Built-Up Area 11,512 Sq.M., Total Parking Spaces 344. To Foresee, In Addition To The Legally Required Building Installations And Networks, And: The Sot And Disclosure System; Security And Access Control System; Video Surveillance; Photovoltaic Installation On The Roof. To Foresee The Possibility Of Powering 6 (Six) Parking Spaces For Electric Cars With The Possibility Of Expansion To 18 (Eighteen) Spaces. To Envisage The Possibility Of Installing An External Fast Charging Installation For Electric Vehicles With A Power Of 120 Kw.
