This Procedure Is Not Subject To Public Procurement Law. This Is A So-Called Open House Procedure. The Subject Of The Present Open House Procedure Is The Conclusion Of Non-Exclusive Contracts In Accordance With Section 140A Sgb V Regarding The Special Care Of The Insured Persons Of The Aok Niedersachsen (And Affiliated Aoks) With The Indication, Treatment And Care For Certain Benign Or Malignant Tumors, Vascular Malformations Or Functional Disorders In Accordance With The Contract. The Open House Procedure Is Open To All Interested And Suitable Service Providers Who Are Willing To Join The Contract. The Supply Offer And The Conditions For Use Arise From The Contract. The Service Providers Membership Ends: A) With The End Or Cessation Of The Participation Requirements. B) By The Participating Service Providers Written Notice Of Termination To Aokn. The Participation Of A Service Provider Can Be Terminated With A Notice Period Of 6 Weeks At The End Of Each Quarter, At The Earliest After The End Of A Year Of Participation. C) With The Announcement Of Immediate Termination By Aokn Due To A Serious Or Repeated Demonstrable Breach By The Service Provider Of The Obligations Of This Contract. D) Upon Termination Of This Contract.
