The Subject Of The Purchase Is The Provision Of Services For The Performance, Assembly, Disassembly And Maintenance Of Electrotechnical Installations At Events In The City Of Bjelovar. The Services Also Include Maintenance, Procurement And Replacement Of Spare Parts And Repair Of Distribution Cabinets With Electrical Connections, Which Are Located In The Area Of The City Of Bjelovar, And Are Important For Holding Certain Events. The Scope Of The Service Also Includes Renting Appropriate Cables And Other Electrical Equipment From The Service Provider, Connecting And Disconnecting Them, And Being On Duty During The Use Of Electrical Connections During Events. The Procurement Subject Is Described In Detail In Appendix 1 - Cost Sheet, Appendix 2 - Project Terms Of Reference, Appendix 4 - Table With Planned Manifestations - Clarifications And Appendix 5 - Market Specifications, Which Form An Integral Part Of This Procurement Documentation. The Service Provider Guarantees The Correctness Of Installed Or Replaced Parts (Including Spare Parts) And Guarantees The Orderliness Of The Service Performed. Going Out For Intervention At The Behest Of The Client. The Executor Undertakes To Respond To The Emergency Intervention Within The Time Limit That He Offered Within The Criteria Of The Most Economically Advantageous Offer. The Maximum (Longest) Response Time Is 60 Minutes From The Application/Call Of The Authorized Person Of The Client.
