The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From The Sławno Commune From March 2026 To December 31, 2027. 2. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect And Manage Municipal Waste In A Way That Ensures Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery Using Other Methods, And Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill. The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With The Currently Applicable Legal Provisions At The Time Of Announcing The Order And Changes To The Applicable Legal Provisions Applicable During The Duration Of The Contract, In Particular The Provisions Of The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities, The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste, The Provisions Of The Waste Management Plan For The Łódź Voivodeship For The Years 2019 - 2025, Including The Years 2026 - 2031, Adopted By Resolution No. Xxxvi/466/21 Of The Łódź Voivodeship Assembly On September 28, 2021, The Provisions Of Resolution No. Xv/89/19 Of The Sławno Commune Council Of November 28, 2019. Regarding The Adoption Of The Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Sławno Commune, Resolution No. Xxx/183/21 Of The Sławno Commune Council Of January 27, 2021. Amending The Resolution On The Adoption Of The Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Sławno Commune, Resolution No. Xliii/266/22 Of The Sławno Commune Council Of March 2, 2022. Amending The Resolution On The Adoption Of The Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Sławno Commune And Resolution No. Xliii/267/22 Of The Sławno Commune Council Of March 2, 2022. On Determining The Detailed Method And Scope Of Providing Services In The Field Of Collecting Municipal Waste From Owners Of Real Estate Located In The Sławno Commune And Managing This Waste, In Exchange For A Fee Paid By The Property Owner For Municipal Waste Management.
