The Vehicle Must Be Brand New, Free From Defects, And Meet The Conditions For Admission To Road Traffic, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. 4. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems. 9. The Contractor Takes Full Responsibility For Any Violations Of Law And Damage That May Occur In Connection With The Execution Of The Order.
