The Provider Will Act As A Supervisor (According To The Definition Of The General Conditions For Design And Execution Of Works From Gd No. 1/2018 - Annex 2) And Will Provide Site Management And Supervision Services Throughout The Execution Period Of The Works Related To The Investment Objective Construction Of A Youth Activity Center - Sfântul Ilie Tesviteanul. Rehabilitation Of Existing Buildings, New Constructions, Demolition Of Existing Buildings, Exterior Development Of The Premises, Fencing. The Provider (Supervisor) Is Obliged To Provide The Specialist Staff Necessary To Fulfill The Responsibilities Set Out In The Specifications. The Provider (Supervisor) Will Establish On Its Own Responsibility The Technical Team Necessary For The Performance Of The Contract And Will Provide Proof Of The Attestation Of The Proposed Personnel. During The Entire Duration Of The Contract, It Must Provide The Necessary Expertise For At Least The Following Positions Of Key Experts: Contract Administration Expert - Authorized Site Managers For The Fields: • Field 2.2. Civil And Agricultural Constructions • Field 8.2. Sanitary Installations, Thermal Ventilation • Field 8.3. The Provider (Supervisor) Contract Administration Expert – Modifications – Claims, Site Managers) Will Have The Following Main Responsibilities: • Monitoring The Execution Of The Works To Ensure Their Compliance With The Approved Technical-Economic Documentation, Specifications And Technical Norms In Force; • Verifying The Existence And Correctness Of The Preparation Of All Documents Required By The Progress Of The Works During The Execution Phase • Verifying The Quality Of The Materials And Equipment Put Into Operation And Their Compliance With The Requirements Of The Project And The Legislation • Participation In The Determining Phases And The Notification Of Any Non-Conformities; • The Technical And Contractual Supervision Of The Project Implementation, According To The Gd No. 1/2018; The Construction Site Managers: - Identify The Inconsistencies/Omissions In The Project; - Check The Technical Documents Related To The Construction Site; - Monitor The Application Of The Provisions Approved By The Beneficiary.
