Software Implementation Services – Pharmacy Information System For Pn Bohnice. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Acquisition And Implementation Of A New Complex Pharmacy Information System In The Clients Environment And Further Ensuring Its Operational Support (Maintenance, Update, Upgrade And Sla, Etc.), Ad Hoc Development Of The System According To The Clients Requirements Incl. The Development Of An Exit Plan And The Migration Of Data From The Existing System Operated By The Contracting Authority Throughout The Life Cycle Of The Information System (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Lis). The Expected Lifetime Of The Information System Is 15 Years, I.E. The Period For Which The Contracting Authority Expects To Operate The Information System - However, The Contract With The Selected Supplier Will Be Concluded For An Indefinite Period. The Lis Must Be Made In Accordance With: I. Annex No. 1 Of The Terms And Conditions – Technical Specification (Hereinafter Referred To As Technical Specification); Ii. Annex No. 2 Of The Terms And Conditions – Draft Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As The Draft Contract); Iii. Requirements For The Integration Of Information Systems Currently Operated By The Contracting Authority, The List Of Which Is Given In The Technical Specification And Iv. All Relevant Legal Regulations, The Authority And Scope Of Which Affects The Performance Of The Public Contract, In Particular Act No. 372/2011 Coll., The Act On Health Services And Conditions Of Their Provision, As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As The Health Services Act), Act No. 48/1997 Coll., On Public Health Insurance, As Amended, Act No. 325/2021 Coll., On The Electronicization Of Healthcare, As Amended, Act No. 264/2025 Coll., On Cyber Security, As Amended, Incl. Related Decrees, Act No. 563/1991 Coll., On Accounting, As Amended, Act No. 320/2001 Coll., On Financial Control In Public Administration, As Amended, And With All Related Bylaws. The Lis Must Be Made In Such A Way That It Is Possible To: A) Manage Several Separate Warehouses With Different Vat Regimes; B) Its Integration Into The Hospital Information System (Nis) Operated By The Contracting Authority (Stock Preview, Possibility To Send Electronic Requisitions, Positive List) And C) Its Integration Into External Systems Necessary To Ensure Health Care. The Lis Requested By The Contracting Authority Must Enable The Monitoring And Differentiation Of The Stock Warehouse According To Whether The Medicine Or Medical Material Is I. Sold/Issued By The Contracting Authority As Goods (Public Part) - A Separate Invoice With The Right To Vat Deduction Is Assumed Or Ii. Consumed In The Customers Operation As A Material, Goods, Or Product Divided Into Two Separate Warehouses - Separately For Medicines And Separately For Medical Equipment (Hospital Part) - Non-Application Of Input Vat (The Amount Of Input Vat Is Also Part Of The Purchase Price Of The Given Stock). The Lis Must Therefore Enable The Management Of Separate Warehouses For A Different Vat Regime. The Client Also Requires That The Lis Be Integrated With The Information Systems Operated By The Client, The List Of Which And The Requirements For Integration Are Given In The Technical Specification. Part Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is Also The Provision Of Periodic User Training And Admin Training
