The Following Activities Are Included In The Scope Of The Order: Carrying Out An Assessment Of The Compliance Of The Investment Project And Carrying Out Independent Construction Supervision During The Implementation Of Construction: Reconstruction Of The Water Supply Network In The Village Of Stavertsi, Municipality Of Dolna Mitropolia, Pleven District - Third Stage The Scope Of The Order Includes Activities Of Exercising Construction Supervision In The Sense Of Article 166, Paragraph 1 Of The Law On Territorial Planning (Zut), Compliance Control Of The Requirements Under Art. 169, Para. 1 And 3 Of The Zut When Performing Construction And Installation Works Included In The Scope Of The Order. The Scope Of The Contractors Work Includes The Following Main Activities: Activity 1. Assessment Of The Compliance Of The Prepared Investment Project In The Technical Design Phase, According To The Requirements Of The Zut Of The Site: Reconstruction Of The Water Supply Network In The Village Of Dolna Mitropolia, Pleven Region - Third Stage. Activity 2. Construction Supervision During The Implementation Of The Site And The Issuance Of A Permit For Use, According To The Requirements Of The Zut And Ensuring The Implementation Of The Bulgarian Regulatory Requirements; Technical Passport According To Art. 176A Of Zut And Ordinance No. 5/ 28.12.2006 For The Site Or For The Relevant Part Of The Site, If Parts Of The Entire Construction Contract Are Carried Out In Stages. The Scope, Volume And Technical Requirements Are Detailed And Regulated In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of The Documentation For This Public Procurement.
