The Work Is To Be Carried Out In 6 Phases Inside An Inhabited Building. A Work Phase Corresponds To A Floor Of A Wing Of The Building Not Inhabited During The Work. The Coatings Replace The Existing Plaster Coatings Already Removed. Mineral Preparation Coatings: Ca. 1750 M² Insulating Mineral Coatings: Ca. 650 M² Mineral Coatings For Reinforcements And Finishing: Ca. 1400 M² Related Works Wall Painting: Ca. 620 M² Ceiling Painting: Ca. 50 M² The Duration Of The Work Is 200 Working Days, Starting At The Beginning Of June 2026.
