Notes: Water shall be delivered to 10 villages in Hargeisa District Each tanker must contain 40 barrels Water must be sourced only from a proven borehole The borehole must: o Provide safe and potable water o Have a well-maintained water system o Have sufficient yield to meet community demand o Ensure minimal queuing time Water must meet acceptable humanitarian quality standards Terms and Conditions 1. Prices must be quoted in USD only 2. Award will be based on best value for money, technical compliance, water quality, and delivery capacity 3. Bids must be written in English language only 4.
