The Subject Of This Order Is The Selection Of A Contractor For The Provision Of Services For Organizing, Logistical And Technical Support And Conducting Events Of Different Formats, Detailed In The Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1). The Scope Of The Order Includes Services As Follows: Accommodation Provision Of Halls Provision Of Technical Equipment Catering All Events Are Held At The Request Of The Contracting Authority, Depending On The Arising Needs Of A Specific Event. The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Declare For Each Event One, Several Or All Of The Activities Mentioned Above. The Specific Requirements For A Given Event And The Activities Necessary To Ensure It, As Well As The Populated Venue, Are Explicitly Stated In Each Performance Request.
