Oulus Tilapalvelut Business Facility Requests Your Offer For Inspections And Maintenance Of Hand Fire Extinguishers And Fire Hydrants (Hereafter Also The Customer) In Accordance With This Request For Tender And Its Attachments. The Oulu Vesi Business Facility Is Involved In The Procurement, With Which The Selected Service Provider Will Sign A Separate Contract Under The Terms Of This Call For Tenders. The Tender Includes Hand Fire Extinguishers And Fire Hydrants In The Customers Buildings (Approx. 250 Pcs). Oulu Tilapalvelut Store Has A Total Of (Approx.) 2,905 Fire Extinguishers And 1,533 Emergency Fire Hydrants In Its Buildings. The Buildings Are Located In The Oulu Area (Yli-Ii, Haukipudas, Kiiminki, Ylikiiminki, Oulunsalo, Kanta Oulu). Oulun Vesi Oy Has Approximately 100 Fire Extinguishers And Hydrants Each. The Selected Service Provider Will Be Able To Use The Oulu Tilapalvelut Business Facilitys Customized Fire Extinguisher/Fire Hydrant List At The Beginning Of The Contract Period. The Purchase Includes The Purchase Of New Fire Extinguishers. The Subscriber Can Purchase Products Other Than Those Requested In This Request For Quotation During The Contract Period, If Necessary, Through The Selected Service Provider, Which Are Related To This Purchase. During The Contract Period, The Service Provider Performs Inspections And Maintenance Of The Customers Hand Fire Extinguishers And Fire Hydrants In Compliance With Valid Laws And Regulations. Inspections Are Carried Out At The Customers Properties At The Location Of The Fire Extinguishers. The Service Provider Must Maintain An Up-To-Date Fire Extinguisher Maintenance Register Of Hand Fire Extinguishers And Fire Hydrants By Property. The Customer Reserves The Right To Add Or Remove Objects From The Contract If There Are Changes In The Property Stock. The Pricing Of New Items Must Correspond To The Pricing Of The Corresponding Contract Item. For Example, The Buildings Transferred To Pohtee Will Be Removed From The Balance Sheet Of The City Of Oulu. A Few New Buildings Are Completed Every Year. The Agreement Can Also Be Used By Other Municipalities Of The City Of Oulu / Business Establishments That Have The Same Y Code, Such As Oulu City Environment Service, Cultural And Cultural Services And Sports Services.
