The Subject Of The Contract For Legal Advice Is To Provide Legal Services To The Ordering Party In The Area Of ​​Energy Projects Planned By The Company, Heating And Cooling Projects, In Particular Regulations Regarding The Activities Of The Distribution System Operator (Dso), Electricity Generation And Heat And Cold Production, Electricity Trading, Heat Transmission And Distribution, The Energy Law, The Act On Renewable Energy Sources (Res), The Act On The Capacity Market And The Regulations Regarding The Operation Of Distribution Networks. The Ordering Party Envisages Awarding The Contracts Referred To In Art. 388 Point 2 Letter C Of The Public Procurement Law, I.E. Similar Orders. A Similar Order May Cover All The Scopes Covered By The Basic Order Described In The Opz. The Conditions For Awarding Such Contracts Are Specified In The Opz. The Ordering Party Envisages Awarding Contracts Under The Option Law. The Scope Of The Optional Order Includes The Possibility Of Extending The Contract Period For Another 12 Months. The Ordering Party May Use The Optional Order Under The Terms Specified In The Draft Agreement.
