Repair And Maintenance Services Of Rolling Stock – Repairs In The Maintenance Level Of P4 12 Emu Type 45We. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Perform Repairs At The P4 Maintenance Level Of 12 (Twelve) Electric Multiple Units (Emu) Type 45We Manufactured By Newag S.A. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Perform Additional Works And Fill In The Gaps. 2. A Detailed Description, Scope, Requirements And Method Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz And In The Annexes To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. 3. In All Provisions Of The Swz And Its Annexes That Refer To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Indicated In The Swz And Annexes If They Allow To Obtain Features Or Parameters Not Worse Than Those Referred To In The Swz And Annexes. If Equivalent Solutions Are Used, The Contractor Will Prove In The Offer, In Particular By Means Of Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Law, That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Requests The Submission Of The Evidence Referred To In Chapter Iv, Section 1 Swz (If Applicable). If The Contractor Does Not Submit The Evidence Or The Evidence Submitted Is Incomplete, The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 107 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law Will Call On The Contractor To Submit Or Supplement The Evidence Referred To In Chapter Iv, Section 1 Swz (If Applicable). 4. The Ordering Party Requires A Quality Guarantee For The Work Performed During The P4 Level Inspection Of The Emu, Including The Materials, Devices, Assemblies And Components Used In The Work On The Emu, For A Period Of At Least 18 Months, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Commission Acceptance Protocol For A Given Emu Type 45We. 5. The Ordering Party Requires The Order To Be Completed In The Years 2026 - 2028. 6. The Ordering Party Requires Repairs To The P4 Maintenance Level Of Each Emu, Together With Additional Works And Correction Of Deficiencies, Within A Period No Longer Than 66 Calendar Days, Counting From The Date Of Handing Over The Emu For Repair.
