Electronic Data Exchange Services – The Contract Consists Of Setting Up A Digital Computerized Exchange Platform Of The Ccs/Pcs Type (Cargo/Port Community Systems) Allowing An Exchange Of Reliable And Secure Information Between Public And Private Actors Operating At The Port Of Sète. This Solution Must Therefore Ensure The Traceability And Fluidity Of The Port Passage Of Goods, A Guarantee Of The Competitiveness Of The Port Area. As Part Of This Contract, The Successful Contractor Will Notably Ensure: -The Supply, Configuration And Deployment Of A Cargo/Port Community System (Ccs/Pcs) Adapted To The Port Of Sète, In Order To Ensure Real-Time Management Of All Information Concerning The Import And Export Of Goods, Passenger Flows, As Well As Interfacing With The Port Information System; -The Migration Of Data And Uses From The Current Ci5 System To The New System By Interconnecting All Port Stakeholders Already Using It, Where Applicable; -Hosting, Operation And Maintenance Of The System; -Support For Change And Training For All Stakeholders In The Port Community; -The Provision Of Support Services To Users, Devolution And Reversibility
