Cleaning Services – Electronic, Over-The-Limit, Open Tender For The Provision Of Cleaning Services For All Areas Of The Field Of Ares, Protomagia Square, National Resistance Hill And The Attic Grove For Three (3) Years. The Object Of The Provision Of Services Is The Cleaning Of All Areas Of The Areos Grove, Protomagia Square (Including The Flower Beds Between The Square And Evelpidon Street), The National Resistance Hill With A Total Area To Be Cleaned Of Approximately 240 Acres, As Well As The Attic Grove With A Total Area Of Approximately 473 Acres To Be Cleaned. The Provision Of Services Includes: A. The Cleaning Of Floors And The Collection Of Waste Within The Parks And Groves B. The Cleaning Of Buildings And Sports Facilities. C. The Cleaning Of The Common Sanitary Areas. D. The Cleaning Of Other Areas Such As Sidewalks, Special Points, Streets, Flower Beds And Lawns, Forest Areas, Seating Areas, Viewing Areas, Playgrounds, Exercise Areas For Adults, But Also The Cleaning Of Water Elements From Leaves, Inert Materials, Etc. More Specifically, With Regard To The Water Elements, On A Daily Basis, The Foreign Bodies Floating (Leaves, Papers, Branches, Etc.) In The Water Elements Will Be Cleaned, As Well As The Floor Of The Central Gardenia Fountain From Gravel, Soil, Etc., As Long As There Is No Water Element Cleaning Contract In Force, The Bottom Of The Water Elements Will Be Cleaned Of Foreign Bodies That Settle On The Bottom (Stones, Large Branches, Etc.) And Pumping Water On A Monthly Basis To Avoid Stagnant Water And In The Context Of Preventing Health Issues. E. Instead Of Graffiti On Walls, Marbles, Walls Of Fences, Bases Of Statues And Monuments Of The Field Of Ares, Etc. Of The 240 Acres Mentioned, Approximately 215 Pertain To The Field Of Areos - Not Including The Leased Facilities - 6.5 Acre Pertain To Lofo Finopoulou While 16.5 Acre To Protomagia Square. The Total Area Of The Attic Grove Amounts To 473 Acre. Emphasis In Terms Of Cleanliness But Also Other Works Is Given To: • Section A With An Area Of 120 Sq., Within Which There Are Sports Areas (5X5 Football Field, Tennis, Volleyball, Basketball), Not Including The Leased Areas, E.G. Attiko Cinema • In Section B With An Area Of 65 Sq. There Are Sports Areas, The Atticus Grove Theater Katina Paxinos, Not Including The Leased Spaces In The Yades Refreshment Center • In The Rest Of The Space Occupied By The Atticus Grove The Cleaning Works Will Be Limited To Selected Points, As These Will Be Analyzed In The Next Section, E.G. Viewing Positions, The Perimeter Of Galatsiou, Etc. The Cleaning Services For The Areos Field, The Protomagia Square And The National Resistance Hill (Finopoulos Hill) And The Attic Grove Will Begin With The Signing Of The Contract And Will Be Provided For A Period Of Thirty-Six (36) Months And With An Option Of 5.2% .
