Quotation are invited for Supply of Construction Tools/Materials, Doors and Windows for the Implementation and Rehabilitation of (250) Family Latrines in the Villages of (Bani Jaber, Hazman Asfal, Sharirah, and Al-Zuraybah), along with (Ayfow, Quds, Al-Alqamah, and Al-Rajaeih) in the Al-Mawasit and Ash-Shamayatayn Districts, Taiz Governorate under the GFFO II Project. Interested firms with experience and legal entity can obtain relevant envelopes, during organization work hours (from 08:30 am to 03:00 pm) from Sunday to Thursday Interested bidders may obtain bidding documents from our office in Taiz as Care International - Taiz Taiz City, Al-Mujalia Neighborhood Next to Hail Saeed Mosque. An unconditional bank guarantee or a certified check in the amount of $ 17,000 dollars, valid for 120 days from the date of opening the envelopes. 2. Payment of a non-refundable fixed amount of 10,000 Riyals for purchasing the tender documents. 3. A copy of a valid tax and zakat card. 4. A copy of a valid commercial registration. 5. The warranties from sanctioned banks are not accepted. · The price offer must be valid for six months. · The applicant must have experience working with organizations or other entities in the same field. · The bid must be signed or stamped; otherwise, it will be excluded from the competition. · Bids should be submitted in dollars, and payment will be in dollars. · The bid will be considered canceled if any of the above conditions are violated. · A meeting for Q&A will be held on Sunday, January 25, 2026, to fully address your inquiries. · The last day for selling envelopes is Wednesday, January 28, 2026. · The last Date for bid submissions must be made on Sunday, February 08, 2026, by 3:00 PM to the organizations office in Taiz, as indicated. A bid submitted after the deadline has been determined will not be accepted. · Envelopes will be opened on Monday, February 09, 2026, at 10:00 AM, in the presence of the companies or their representatives at the Taiz organizations headquarters.
