An unconditional bank guarantee or a certified check in the amount of $ 17,000 dollars, valid for 120 days from the date of opening the envelopes. 2. Payment of a non-refundable fixed amount of 10,000 Riyals for purchasing the tender documents. 3. A copy of a valid tax and zakat card. 4. A copy of a valid commercial registration. 5.
