The tender documents in French may be purchased by any interested bidder by submitting a written request to the above address against a non-refundable payment of one hundred thousand (100,000) FCFA. Payment must be made in cash. Bids must be submitted to the following address: PNDAS Procurement Unit, Lot 15, 5th Floor, Dakar, Senegal, no later than Thursday, February 26, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. (local time) . Electronic submissions will not be accepted. Any bid received after the deadline will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders representatives and other attendees in the PNDAS conference room, 5th Floor, Dakar, Senegal, at 11:00 a.m. (local time) on the same day . Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of seventy-nine million ( 79,000,000) CFA francs. It must be issued by a financial institution approved by the Ministry of Finance and Budget of Senegal, or by a local correspondent with a valid license.
