The Documentation Will Fully Respect The Purpose Of The Implementation Of The Work, Namely The Construction Of The Zzsúk Exit Base In Litvínov (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Vz Litvínov). As Part Of The Construction, An Exit Base For 2 Rzp Exit Groups In Litvínov Will Be Constructed (The Current Total Number Of Employees Rotating In Shifts Is 26, Including Employees Of The Vz Klíny Exit Group). State Of Ambulance Vehicles At Vz Litvínov – 2X Rzp Vehicle, 1X Rzp Vehicle For Vz Klíny, 2X Rzp Backup Vehicle. The Building In Which The Departure Base Is Located Must Meet The Conditions Set By Decree No. 92/2012 Coll., On Requirements For The Minimum Technical And Physical Equipment Of Medical Facilities And Home Care Contact Workplaces. Equipment Of The Departure Base According To The Mentioned Decree: Complete Facilities For Employees Incl. Sanitary Facility, Location Of Means Of Transport, I.E. 4X Garage - 4 Parking Spaces For Ambulance Vehicles (Incl. Garage For Vz Klíny Ambulance Vehicle), Washing Box For Manual Washing Of Ambulance Vehicles, Covered Parking Space For Ambulance Vehicle, Place For Washing Aids, Where Aids Used To Handle Biological Material Are Washed And Cleaned, Storage Areas (Storage Of Medical Equipment And Medicines, Storage Of O2 Containers, Storage Of Used Linen, Storage Of Clean Linen, Waste Storage, Storage For Hpz, Tire Warehouse - Storage Must Be Ensured In Such A Way That There Is No Contamination Of Clean Material With Contaminated Material) And Technical Room. Furthermore, The Subject Of The Plan Is The Supply And Installation Of A Stationary Replacement Source Of Electricity, The Implementation Of Paved Areas In The Fenced Area With Parking Spaces For Employees Vehicles, And The Implementation Of All Connections And Distribution Of Energy And Sewage. The Building Will Have Two Floors, With Facilities For Drivers, Paramedics And Doctors On The 2Nd Floor, Namely Changing Rooms And Social Facilities Incl. The Proposed Solution Will Be Discussed By The Supplier In The Details Necessary For Awarding A Public Contract For Construction Works Using The Design & Build Method, Presented And Agreed Upon By The Client And The User. The Proposed Solution Will Be Submitted For Inspection To The Energy Center Of The Ústí Region (Ecuk) In Good Time Before The Completion Date, If The Subject Is Mainly Pv Plants, Solar Panels, Heat Pumps, Heating Sources, New Buildings. The Preparation Of The Contract Will Include The Necessary Surveys And Measurements (Eg: Geodetic Survey Of The Current State, Construction Technical Survey, Construction Historical Survey, Static Assessment, Diagnostics, Engineering-Geological, Hydrogeological, Pedological, Radon, Survey Of The Possible Occurrence Of Other Dangerous Substances And Others), Verification Of Utility Networks. Draft Of Other Necessary Or Recommended Surveys And Measurements That Must Be Carried Out By The Construction Contractor As Part Of His Processing Of The Design Proposal And Project Documentation For Planning Permission And Documentation For The Construction (Eg: Ornithological Survey, Restoration Survey And Others). The Proposal Of The Solution Will Contain A Drawing Part, An Estimate Of Financial Costs And An Assumption Of The Time Of Realization Of The Construction Work, A List Of Anticipated Works And Deliveries. The Proposed Solution Must Be Processed In Accordance With The Approved Spatial Plan, Or Consulted With The Relevant Building Control Authorities.
