Expected Outputs: One gender-responsive business plan, management and circular economy with gender inclusive training manual produced and approved. Improved business planning, management, and circular economy skills of cashew nut women cashew entrepreneurs and youth, verified through pre- and post-training assessments. One Training of Trainers (ToT) manual produced and validated.
