1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Traffic Within The Meaning Of The Act Of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 366, As Amended) In The Scope Of Receiving, Transporting And Delivering Postal Items, Including Items Delivered In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In The Code Of Administrative Procedure, Tax Ordinance, Code Of Civil Procedure, And Possible Returns Of These Items. Shipments To The Toruń City Hall And Providing A Paid Service Of Collecting Shipments From The Ordering Party.2. The Actual Number Of Postal Items Will Result From The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party In This Respect, And The Total Value Of The Order Will Not Exceed The Amount Resulting From The Price Of The Contractors Most Advantageous Offer. The Quantities And Types Of Postal Items Specified In The Offer Form, Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Template Agreement, Were Estimated By The Ordering Party In Order To Calculate The Offer Price. If The Ordering Party Sends Shipments Not Included In Annex No. 3 To The Agreement Template, The Basis For Settlement Will Be The Prices Included In The Contractors Price List Of Fees Applicable On The Day The Shipments Are Accepted By The Contractor.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Constitutes Annex No. 1 To The Template Agreement.4. Order Execution Date - Commencement: On The Day Of Concluding The Contract. - Termination: 12 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract Or Until The Amount Provided For The Remuneration Referred To In § 5 Section 1 Of The Agreement Template.
