Tenders Are Invited For Development Of The Information System For Travelers In The Krakow Functional Area - Modernization Of The Information System For Drivers

1. Description Of The Subject Of The Order: A) The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Development Of An Information System For Travelers In The Krakow Functional Area - Modernization Of The Information System For Drivers, B) The Ordering Party Described The Subject Of The Order Using The Following Documents: • Designed Provisions Of The Contract, I.E. Annex No. 2 To The Swz, • Description Of The Subject Of The Order, I.E. Annex No. 8 To The Swz, C) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Warranty For The Services Performed For The Period Of: • Minimum 36 Months, • Maximum 60 Months.D) If The Manufacturers Name, Trademarks, Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Reference Systems Appear In Any Annex To The Swz, The Products May Be Replaced By Equivalent Ones. The Ordering Party Will Consider Equivalent Solutions To Be Solutions That Enable Achieving The Effect Intended By The Ordering Party Using Other Technical Solutions. An Identical (Identical) Solution Cannot Be Considered An Equivalent Solution, But Only One That Shows Exactly The Same Or Very Similar Utility Value In The Compared Features. By Indicating The Manufacturers Name, Trademarks, Standards, Approvals Or Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Aimed To Determine The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Goods Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party And Constitute Only The Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order. By The Provision Regarding The Minimum Requirements For Quality Parameters, The Ordering Party Understands The Requirements Of The Goods Contained In Publicly Available Sources, Catalogues, Manufacturers Websites, And The Like. The Use Of Exemplary Manufacturers Names Is Only Intended To Clarify The Level Of Expectations Of The Ordering Party In Relation To A Specific Solution.2. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing The Following Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order: • Employees Directly Performing Services. Note! The Ordering Party Allows The Possibility Of Personal Execution Of The Order By Persons Running A Business Or Partners Of A Commercial Law Company.3. Before Signing The Contract And During Its Implementation, The Ordering Party Has The Right To Check Whether The Contractor Or Subcontractor Meets The Requirement Specified In Point 2 In Part 1 Of The Swz, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Ppu.
