The Subject Of The Order Is To Determine The Value Of Land Properties Located In The City Of Ruda Śląska Without Facilities Located On Them, Intended For Commercial And Non-Commercial Purposes, Among Others, In Order To: Determine The Starting Price For The Tender, Purchase, Sale, Including To The Perpetual Usufructuary, Regulation Of Legal Status, Abolition Of Co-Ownership, Determination Of Fees For Perpetual Usufruct, Updating Fees For Perpetual Usufruct, Land/Transmission Easements, Payment Of Compensation, Transformation Perpetual Usufruct Right Into Ownership. The Ordering Party Informs That The Expected Number Of Surveys To Be Performed During The Term Of The Contract Is 90 Pieces. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Order Fewer Estimates Than Those Indicated Above. The Minimum Number Of Reports That The Ordering Party Plans To Order Is 50 Pieces. The Ordering Party Will Only Settle The Actual Number Of Estimates Made.
