Bids Are Invited For Hiring A Specialized Company To Provide Outsourced Preventive, Corrective And Predictive Building Maintenance Services, Comprising The Facilities Of The Headquarters Of The Regional Social Service Council Of Rio De Janeiro – Cress/Rj – 7Th Region.
Maintenance / Building Renovation Building Maintenance / Renovation - Hiring A Specialized Company To Provide Outsourced Preventive, Corrective And Predictive Building Maintenance Services, Including The Facilities Of The Headquarters Of The Regional Social Service Council Of Rio De Janeiro – Cress/Rj – 7Th Region. The Building Maintenance Service Will Occur As Demanded, Without Exclusive Dedication Of Labor. Occasional Services Will Be Any And Any Service Not Described In The Terms Of Reference, Due To Their Nature, However, They Are Not Extraneous To The Building System. The Contract Arising From This Terms Of Reference Will Be Initially Valid For 12 (Twelve) Months, Counting From The Date Of Its Signature. The Validity May Be Extended For Successive Periods Up To A Limit Of 10 (Ten) Years, According To Law 14,133/21.
