1.Scanning/Recovery Of The Physical Collection Of Documents, Specifically Balance Sheets And Contracts, From The Respective Years 2015 To 2025. Approximate Average Of 6,000,000 Sheets. (Six Million Sheets) 2-Provision Of Digitization Equipment On A Lease Basis During The Contract Period; 3-File Storage In The Cloud With Replication On Two Distinct Servers, Guaranteeing Greater Security And Availability Of 6,000,000 Data; 4-Flexible Document Organization, Allowing The Creation Of Categories, Subcategories, Folders And Subfolders; 5-Access To The System Available 24 Hours A Day, Every Day Of The Week; 6- Automated Optical Recognition Of Documents Sent To The System;7- 8,000 Gb Of Available Storage. 8-Scanning Devices On Behalf Of The Contractor., Use License: Grant Of Software Use License, To Adapt To Decree No. 10,278/2020, On A Non-Exclusive, Non-Transferable And Temporary Characteristic. This Is A Specialized Solution In Document Management, Designed For The Organization, Storage, Consultation, Indexing And Control Of Digitized Documents. The Software Must Strictly Present The Assumptions Of Security, Traceability, Data And Metadata Encryption And Technical Standards Set Out In Annexes I And Ii Of The Above-Mentioned Decree. The Software Must Be Available In A Web Environment (Cloud), Accessible Through A Personalized Login And Password, With Individual User Authentication, Compatible With The Main Internet Browsers And Without The Need For Local Installation.
