The Solution Must Operate Under Saas Mode In The Cloud (Cloud), Guaranteeing High Standards Of Reliability, Security And Availability, And Offering Access Both Through A Native Mobile Application For Android And Ios Devices And Through A Responsive Website With Equivalent Functionalities. It Will Be An Exclusive Requirement That The Platform Has Current Certification In Iso/Iec 27001 And Soc 2, Accompanied By Documentary Support Of Said Certifications. The System Must Include Active Security Policies And Procedures That Ensure The Confidentiality, Integrity And Availability Of Information, Including Aes-256 Encryption At Rest And Tls In Transit, Daily Automatic Backups, Geographic Replication, Operational Continuity And Disaster Recovery Mechanisms.
