1. Sealed quotations are invited through e-PADS submission from the reputed firms registered with PPRA for E-Procurement on e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS), Tax departments and must be shown in Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR for provision of photocopier services:-Printing Services 3 Years Contract 2. Pre-qualification Documents containing detailed specifications and terms & conditions can be downloaded from PPRAs website and e-PADS. All e-bids must be submitted through e-PADS. Manual submission without e-PADS will not be accepted/ entertained. 3. A bank draft/ payorder of Rs. 1,000/- as documents fee must be provided in person or through courier. No bid shall be accepted without documents fee. 4. Documents must be uploaded as per instruction given in pre-qualification documents in e-PADS on 30 Jan 2026 at 10:30hrs. documents submitted through e-PADS shall be opened on same day at 1100hrs in Conference Room SEECS, NUST Campus, Sector H-12, Islamabad in the presence of bidders who may choose to attend the bid opening meeting.
