INVITATION FOR BIDSBid Reference No: 01/2025-26/TL M Division NGC Peshawar1.National Grid Company (NGC) of Pakistan (formerly NTDCL) The Employer, intends to get the works done for Tender No. 01/2025-26/TL M Division NGC Peshawar through NGC own funding/resources. The scope of works include the following:DAMAGED CONDUCTOR REPLACEMENT WORK OF 1.5 KM SPAN BETWEEN TOWER LOCATIONS 99 TO 102 OF 220KV SHEIKH MUHAMMADI-DAUDKHEL TRANSMISSION LINE (CKT-I & CKT-II) AT DARA ADAM KHEL:i.Transportation, Dismantling of Damaged Conductor and Stringing of New single Rail Conductor a/w all hardware assemblies on 1.5 KM D/C Spans Between T. No. 99 to 102.2.The Employer invites sealed bids from eligible firms or persons licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category in accordance with PEC Single Stage Single Envelope (SSSE) procedure on EPADS and PPRA. The complete bidding documents are available on PPRA and NTDC/NGC websites.3.All the bids shall be submitted electronically though E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) by 28-01-2026 at 11:00 a.m. and shall be opened on same day at 11.30 a.m. through E-PADS in the presence of bidders. Original not less than 2% Bid Security in PKR (Refundable) in the form of CDR or a Bank Guarantee issued by a Scheduled Bank in Pakistan in favour of Deputy Manager TL M Division NGC Peshawar valid for a period up to Twenty-Eight (28) days beyond the bid validity date should be submitted in original to the office of Deputy Manager TL M Division NGC Peshawar before 11.00 a.m. by 28-01-2026. The bids shall be opened only on E-PADS on dated 28-01-2026 at 11:30 a.m.4.The interested eligible bidder may obtain further information from the office of Deputy Manager TL M Division NGC, 500kV Grid Station Sheikh Muhammadi, Badaber, Peshawar. No bid other than EPADS will be accepted. Deputy Manager TL M Division NGC Peshawar will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by bidders in connection with the preparation of Bids. If there is a public holiday announced by Government, on the tender opening date, the tender will be opened on the next working day.5.NTDC/NGC reserve all its rights regarding rejection of bids as defined in Rule 33(1) of PPRA Rules 2004.
