Masovian Voivodeship As Part Of The Task Entitled Improvement Of The Social And Educational Infrastructure In The City And Commune Of Serock.2) The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into Two Stages. 2.1) Stage 1 Includes: A) Purchase, Delivery And Installation Of New Movable Furniture Equipment, Which Will Be Located In The Childrens Nursery Rooms, Bathroom With Utility Room. Disinfection Of Chamber Pots, Cloakrooms, Office Rooms (Including The Secretariat, Directors Room, Nurse, Social Room Clerk (2 Rooms), Employee Cloakroom Room And Utility Room; Before Implementation, Samples Of Materials And Workshop Drawings Must Be Presented For The Ordering Partys Approval. B) Manufacture, Delivery And Installation Of New Furniture Equipment In The Room. Office - Desks (Detail A-206 - 2 Pcs.) And Furniture In Social Rooms (Detail A-203, A-204) Along With The Supply Of Equipment: Sink + Tap, Fridge, Microwave Oven, Dishwasher, Waste Segregation Bins Located In The Cabinet Under The Sink, Containers For Paper Towels, Soap Containers Mounted At The Sink According To The List. Before Implementation, Samples Of Materials And Workshop Drawings Must Be Submitted For The Ordering Partys Approval. 2.2) Stage 2 Includes The Manufacture, Delivery And Assembly Of New Built-In Furniture Equipment In The Storage Rooms (3 Pieces Of Furniture - A-201, A-202, A-205) And In The Room. Before Execution, Samples Of Materials And Workshop Drawings Must Be Presented For The Ordering Partys Approval. 3) Execution Of The Subject Of The Order: A) All Elements Of The Equipment Must Be Made In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz, Which Contains A Detailed Indication Of The Quantity Of Individual Equipment As Well As Requirements And Guidelines Regarding The Equipment. The Arrangement, Including Assembly Of The Equipment, Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Prepared Interior Design Concept For The Nursery (Fig. Furniture Plan). B) All Devices And Equipment Delivered By The Contractor Must Be Brand New, Undamaged, Free From Defects, Complete, Suitable For Proper Operation In Accordance With The Functional Scope And Purpose, Constitute The Exclusive Property Of The Contractor And Be Free From The Rights And Claims Of Third Parties, And Must Also Have Appropriate Documents (Certificate, Safety Certificate Or Declaration Of Conformity Manufacturer Confirming Compliance With The Requirements, Manufacturers Catalog Cards Containing All Technical And Operational Parameters, Etc.).
