The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Expansion And Reconstruction Of National Road No. 35 (Km 0+000÷5+500), Along With The Necessary Infrastructure (Sections 1-8) On The Areas Belonging To The Spa Municipality Of Szczawno-Zdrój, The State Treasury, Managed By The General Directorate For National Roads And Motorways And The Commune Of Wałbrzych As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Construction Of Bicycle Paths, Pedestrian And Bicycle Routes, Bicycle Lanes And Designation Of The Track And Direction Of Bicycle Traffic Together With The Accompanying Infrastructure, Connecting The Center Of Wałbrzych With Other Districts And Szczawno-Zdrój For The Development Of Sustainable Mobility Of The Inhabitants Of The Wałbrzych Agglomeration. Subject Matter Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Is The Expansion And Reconstruction Of National Road No. 35 (Km 0+000÷5+500), Together With The Necessary Infrastructure, In Wałbrzych, Covering Sections No. 1 To No. 8. The Ordering Party Is In Possession Of The Following Permits Enabling The Implementation Of The Investment: - For Sections 4B And 4C - A Certificate Of December 8, 2025 Issued By The Mayor Of Wałbrzych, Who Did Not Raise Any Objections To The Intention To Reconstruct The Municipal Road No. 116801D And The Existing Road In The Scope Of Construction Of A Bicycle Path With The Necessary Infrastructure In The Area Of Ul. Dr. A. Sokołowskiego – Ul. Dr. M. Orłowicz (Plot No. 2/4, 3/7, 3/8, 5/4, 5/6, 6/1, 20/17 Rev.
