The Subject Of The Order Includes The Reconstruction And Modernization Of Part Of The B1 Segment In The Building Of The Jan Długosz University In Częstochowa At Al. Armii Krajowej 13/15 Intended For The Education Of Students Of Medical Faculties, Consisting In Changing The Existing Functional Condition, Replacing The Joinery, Constructing New Installations, Floors And Fire Partitions, In Order To Create A Multi-Profile Medical Simulation Center And To Raise The Usability And Teaching Standard Of The Modernized Rooms. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Following Will Be Created: A Hospital Ward, An Emergency Department, Surgical Skills Rooms, Anesthesiology Rooms, Operating Rooms, Childbirth Rooms, Intensive Care Rooms, Rooms For Exercises With Simulated Patients, Debriefing Rooms, A Laboratory For Teaching Clinical Skills, Control Rooms And Technical Rooms, Locker Rooms, Toilets, As Well As An Administrative And Office Area For Student Services. Medical Activities Involving Patients Are Not Expected To Be Carried Out Indoors. Armii Krajowej 13/15 Intended For The Education Of Students Of Medical Faculties; 2) Design Documentation And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwior) Under The Name Reconstruction As Part Of The Adaptation Of The Building Of The Jan Długosz University Długosza At Al. .Armii Krajowej 13/15 In Częstochowa To Current Fire Safety Regulations - Limited Scope, Elements Separated By The Ordering Party, Resulting From The References Of The Documentation Indicated In Point 1). The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Documents Referred To In The Preceding Point And Applicable Regulations, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Practice, In A Way That Ensures The Safety Of People And Property. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Dnsh Principle (Do No Significant Harm, I.E. Do Not Cause Serious Damage), Conducting And Documenting The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Catalog Of Requirements For Environmental Protection And Compliance With The Dnsh Principle, Constituting An Annex To The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz.
