The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Implementation Of The Project Titled: Construction Of A Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Pszok) With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure, Implemented Under The European Funds For The Lublin Province 2021-2027 Program, Measure 3.6 Waste Management In The Public Sector Of Priority Iii Protection Of Environmental And Climate Resources Of The European Funds For The Lublin Province 2021-2027 Program, In The Scope Of: 1. Waste Storage Hall With Social And Office Facilities With The Following Technical Parameters: - Volume: 3,217.8 M3, - Usable Area: 555.17 M2, - Total Area: 588.24 M2 - Building Height: 6.94 M, - Number Of Floors: 1, Including Containers For Sorted Waste.2. Development Of Pszok Including: - A Container For Biodegradable Waste, - A Weighbridge With A Built-Up Area Of 63.36 M2, - Tanks For Rainwater, Sanitary Sewage, Technological Sewage, - Fencing And Hardened Surfaces, Monitoring, - Plantings And Small Architecture - An Educational Point Will Be Created With Four Information Boards (Colored) Regarding Circular Economy, Methods Of Preventing Waste Generation, Principles Of Segregation Waste, Waste Collection And Management System, Or Promote Home Composting And Sustainable Consumption. It Will Be Used, Among Others, To Conduct Educational Activities With Students Of Local Schools.3. Together With Instructions And Marking Of The Facilities, - Putting The Facility Into Operation, - Preparing A Construction And Executive Design (Workshop) While Maintaining The Minimum Assumptions Adopted In The Attached Design Documentation), Preparing Documents Necessary For Acceptance, Material Certificates, Commissioning Of The Gas Installation, Necessary Inspections For Acceptance Of The Gas Installation, Obtaining A Decision Of The Office Of Technical Inspection Allowing The Operation Of The Gas Tank, Preparation Of Acceptance Documents Together With Obtaining Acceptance From The Office Of Measures Of The Drive-On Scale In Accordance With The Legal Provisions In This Regard Etc. - Preparation Of As-Built Documentation, Works And Technical And Operational Documentation Of Devices, All Operating Instructions Required By Specific Regulations, Start-Up Reports, And Other Necessary Documents And Studies To Obtain An Occupancy Permit. - Training Of Employees Designated By The Ordering Party In The Operation Of Installations And Devices Implemented Under The Subject Of The Contract, Enabling The Proper Operation Of These Devices.
