The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction And Assembly Works As Part Of The Investment Task Titled: Adaptation Of A Municipal Building Located At Ul. Narutowicza 2/4 In Poddębice For Housing And Social Premises, Together With The Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Purposes Of Obtaining A Building Permit For The Implementation Of The Investment In Question In The Design And Build Formula. The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into 2 Parts; Part I. Task 2: Revitalization Of Urban Spaces At The Intersection Of Narutowicza And Przejazd Streets In Poddębice Along With The Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Purposes Of Submitting A Construction Application For The Implementation Of The Investment In Question In The Design And Build Formula, In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program Presenting The Scope Of The Project And Works. The Works In Question Will Be Carried Out In The Following Stages: A) Stage I - Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For Construction And Assembly Works For The Purposes Of Obtaining A Construction Notification For The Implementation Of This Investment, Including In Particular: - A Current Map For Design Purposes Covering The Scope Of The Designed Area, - Conditions From Network Operators, - A Preliminary Design Containing Details Of The Presented Concept And The Architectural And Construction Design; - Technical Specifications For Execution And Acceptance Construction Works; B) Stage Ii - Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works In The Construction, Water And Sewage, Electrical And Road Sectors, Planting Greenery. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order In The Scope Of Part I Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 12 To The Swz.
