The Subject Of The Order Is: Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For The Performance Of Construction Works In The Facilities Of The Maritime University: A) Teaching, Administrative And Workshop Facilities At Ul. Morska 81-87, Al. Jana Pawła Ii 3, Ul. Beniowskiego 15/17, Ul. Beniowskiego 20/22, Ul. Sędzickiego 19B) On The Property Next To The Above-Mentioned Buildings Facilities At Ul. Morska And Al. John Paul Ii Are Entered In The Register Of Monuments And Are Subject To The Protection Of The Pomeranian Provincial Conservator Of Monuments. Construction Works Will Be Performed In Active Facilities. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Suspend Construction Works If It Is Necessary To Keep The Facility Quiet Due To Teaching Activities Taking Place There. The Contractor Must Maintain Order During Renovation Works In The Facility. The Order Will Include The Following Works: 1. General Construction Works: Demolition, Demolition, Construction, Concrete, Reinforced Concrete, Masonry, Flooring, Carpeting, Plastering, Cladding, Painting, Insulation, Carpentry, Carpentry, Locksmithing, Insulation, Supply And Installation Of Joinery, Roof Coverings, Earthworks, Surfaces On Roads, Streets And Squares, Drying And Fungal Removal Of Rooms (Buildings), Fencing, Facades. The Above-Mentioned Construction Works Will Consist In: - Carrying Out Renovations And Reconstructions Resulting From The Needs Of The Ordering Party. As Of The Date Of The Procedure, The Ordering Party Is Unable To Predict The Scope And Date Of Completion Of Individual Works. The Ordering Party Does Not Guarantee The Continuity Of Implementation Or The Degree Of Use Of The Contractual Amount. Individual Scopes Of Work Will Be Forwarded To The Contractors With Whom A Framework Agreement Has Been Concluded Depending On The Emerging Needs Of The Ordering Party, Along With The Invitation To Submit Offers, The Date Of Order Completion, The Place And Date Of Submission And Opening Of Offers And The Validity Period Of The Offer. The Selection Of The Contractor For Individual Works Will Be Based On The Submitted Offers (Including A Detailed Offer Cost Estimate) Calculated On The Basis Of The Bills Of Quantities Or Design Documentation Received From The Ordering Party. The Offer Cost Estimate Must Include Price Factors Given At The Stage Of The Framework Agreement. These Factors Can Only Be Reduced. The Basis For The Execution Of The Order Will Be The Public Procurement Contract Concluded With The Contractor Who Offered The Lowest Price. The Ordering Party Requires That The Order Be Completed Within The Following Deadline: By December 31, 2025 Or By The Date The Ordering Party Exhausts The Funds Planned To Be Spent On The Implementation Of Construction Works.
