The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of The Task Reconstruction And Renovation Of Part Of The Terrarium Building, Along With The Repair Of Part Of Its Structure And Improvement Of Accessibility For Disabled People In The Wrocław Zoo, Investment Location Ul. Zygmunta Wróblewskiego 1-5, Wrocław, Dąbie District, Ar_1, Plot No. 1, Along With The Delivery And Installation Of Equipment Along With The Delivery And Planting Of Plants For The Above-Mentioned. Building, Specified In The Terms Of Reference. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Indicated In The Annexes To The Terms Of Reference (Hereinafter Referred To As Swz). The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Reconstruction And Renovation Of Part Of The Existing Building On The Basement, Ground Floor And Mezzanine Floor For The Purposes Of Expanding The Breeding And Exhibition Of Monitor Lizards After Previously Dismantling The Existing Exhibition, 2) Construction Of A New Elevator Shaft Along With The Delivery And Installation Of A Passenger Lift, 3) Construction Of A New Ceiling Slab Over The Basement Along With With Shaping The Structure Of Animal Enclosures,4) Repair Of The Structure Of The Mezzanine Ceiling Slab Along With The Construction Of A New Floor,5) Reconstruction Of Existing And Construction Of New Internal Electrical, Low-Current, Sanitary And Ventilation Installations,6) Construction Of Scenography And Breeding Pools, 7) Delivery And Installation Of Breeding Equipment, 8) Reconstruction Of Existing And Construction Of New Internal Electrical, Low-Current, Sanitary And Ventilation Installations,9) Delivery And Installation Of Equipment, 10) Delivery Of Greenery, Planting And Maintenance Of Greenery Until The Final Acceptance Referred To In § 8 Of The Agreement, 11) Performance Of Other Activities Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Matter Of The Agreement, 12) Provision Of A Construction Manager And A Manager Of Works In The Field Of Electrical Installations And A Manager Of Works In The Field Of Sanitary Installations, 13) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Matter Of The Agreement In Accordance With The Agreement, The Terms Of Reference (In Including The Construction Permit, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works), The Offer, The Provisions Of Generally Applicable Law, Including The Construction Law, Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations, Principles Of Modern Technical Knowledge, Standards And Construction Practices, Taking Into Account The Professional Nature Of The Business. The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain All Decisions, Opinions, Studies, Arrangements, Permits Or Other Documents To The Extent Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order.
