The Subject Of The Order Is The Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Building For The Purposes Of Establishing An Occupational Therapy Workshop (Wtz) In Borne Sulinów In The Design And Build System, As Part Of The Investment Task Titled Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Building For The Purposes Of Establishing An Occupational Therapy Workshop In Borne Sulinowo, Including The Delivery Of A Bus Adapted To Transport Disabled People.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes, Among Others: A) Development Of Complete Design Documentation For The Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Building Into Wtz Workshops, A Wooden Gazebo, A Tool House And Equipment Based On The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu), In All Industries Listed In The Ffu, And Obtaining, On The Basis Of The Preparation Of Design Documentation, All Opinions, Decisions And Arrangements Resulting From Applicable Regulations To The Extent Necessary To Commence The Works, Including The Decision On A Building Permit Or Notification Of Works (The Ordering Party Will Grant The Contractor With The Appropriate Authorization).B) Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Developed Design Documentation, Stwior, Consisting In The Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Former Garage Building For The Purposes Of Establishing An Occupational Therapy Workshop In Borne Sulinowo, Along With The Necessary Construction Equipment And Installations Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment. In Addition, The Order Requires The Construction Of A Wooden Gazebo And A Brick Tool House In The Garden, As Well As The Development Of The Area In Accordance With The Pfu. The Development Of The Area Should Include Paths, Access Roads, Fencing With Gates, Planting Greenery, Parking Lots And Hardening The Area. The Order Should Include The Preparation Of Design Documentation And The Subsequent Delivery And Installation Of A Photovoltaic Installation On The Roof Of The Facility, Used Only To Cover The Current Energy Demand (For Wtzs Own Needs), With A Capacity Of 20 Kw. C) Carrying Out Authors Supervision Throughout The Entire Period Of Execution Of The Works. D) Preparing And Providing The Ordering Party With Complete As-Built Design Documentation Along With Operating Instructions For All Devices And Equipment Installed In The Building And Obtaining All Decisions Necessary For The Use Of The Subject Of The Order, Including: Permission To Use The Facility Resulting From Construction Works Or Notification Of Completion Of Construction, If Required.3.
