The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver, Install And Launch A Brand New System That Meets The Requirements Of Technical Standards Used In Poland (Pn) And European Standards (Eu) And Has Appropriate Certificates And Approvals, If They Are Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, And To Conduct On-The-Job Training In Its Operation. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
