Basic Order: Natural Crushed Dolomite Aggregate (Dark Gray Color) For Road Renovations Meeting The Standards Pn - En 13043:2004, Pn - En 13242:2004 Fraction 0-31.5 Mm - 1200 Tons. Fraction 4-31.5 Mm - 1200 Tons.B. Option Right: The Option Covers The Delivery And Unloading Of Aggregates - In An Amount Up To 50% Of The Material Scope Of The Basic Order. The Option Will Be Implemented Only If The Ordering Party Submits A Written Declaration Of Will To Implement The Optional Part Of The Order. The Option Right Will Be Activated Once The Quantity Of The Basic Order Is Exhausted. The Option Will End On The Date Of Expiry Of The Contract Period, I.E. By December 31, 2026, Or When The Material Scope Of The Option Has Been Completed. The Unit Prices In The Option Will Be The Same As The Unit Prices Of Deliveries And Purchases In The Basic Order, In Accordance With The Price Form. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Order A Larger Quantity Of One Aggregate And A Smaller Quantity Of Another Aggregate When Submitting The Offer. The Ordering Party Requires A Valid Certificate To Be Attached When Submitting The Offer. An Independent Entity Authorized To Perform Quality Control Confirming That The Delivered Products Meet Specific Standards, I.E. Pn - En13043:2004, Pn - En 13242:2004, Transport Will Be Carried Out By Self-Unloading Trucks With A Rear Chute With A Load Weight Of Approximately 30 Tons. Due To Maneuvering Difficulties On A Significant Part Of The Road Sections, The Contractor Must Be Prepared To Make Deliveries Using Two- Or Three-Axle Self-Dumping Vehicles With A Load Capacity Of Up To 15 Tons. The Contractor Must Be Prepared To Make One-Time Minimum Deliveries Of Approximately 300 Tons Within 6 Hours. This Aggregate Will Be Used For Renovations Of Existing Crushed Stone Surfaces And For Renovations Of Existing Gravel Surfaces. Required Material Color: Dark Gray. Due To The Above-Mentioned The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow Material With White, Beige, Brown, Pink Or Orange Colors And Significant Admixtures Of Iron And Magnesium Oxide. In Aggregate With A Fraction Of 0-31.5, The Desired Content Of The Dusty Fraction With A Grain Size Of Up To 0.075 Mm Is 4-6%.
