The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of The Service Of Acting As An Investors Supervision Inspector During The Construction Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Road In The Lubomierz Commune, Running On The Existing Embankment Of A Disused Railway Line With A Length Of Approximately 12 Km. The Investment Begins At The Connection With The Existing Pedestrian And Bicycle Path At The Former Station In Pławna Górna And Ends At The Border Of The Commune Of Lubomierz (Oleszna Podgórska) With The Commune Of Gryfów Śląski (Ubocze). The Investment Completion Date Is Up To 9 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract With The Construction Contractor. The Responsibilities Of The Investor Supervision Inspector Include Management Of The Investment Process, Which Will Include In Particular: 1) Supervision Over The Correct Implementation Of The Investment, 2) Verification Of The Material And Financial Schedule Presented By The Contractor Within 7 Days From The Date Of Receipt, 3) Checking The Design And Construction Documentation Presented By The Investment Contractor, 4) Representing The Ordering Party On The Construction Site And Controlling The Compliance Of Its Implementation With The Project, Construction Permit, Regulations And Applicable European And Polish Standards And Principles Of Technical Knowledge, 5) Checking The Quality Of Works Performed, Built-In Construction Products, And In Particular Preventing The Use Of Defective Construction Products And Those Not Approved For Use In Construction, 6) Checking And Acceptance Of Construction Works That Are Covered Or Disappearing, 7) Giving Opinions On Material Applications For Materials To Be Incorporated (Submitted By Contractors) In Terms Of Compliance With The Assumptions Of The Design Documentation, 8) Participating In Tests And Acceptances Technical Networks, Technical Devices, As Well As Preparation And Participation In The Acceptance Activities Of Ready-Made Construction Objects And Their Commissioning, 9) Participation In Committees Appointed By The Ordering Party, 10) Confirmation Of Completed Works And Removal Of Defects, As Well As, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, Controlling Construction Settlements, 11) Issuing Instructions To The Construction Manager Confirmed By An Entry In The Construction Log, In Particular: Removing Irregularities Or Threats, Carrying Out Tests Or Examinations, Including Those Requiring The Discovery Of Works Or Hidden Elements, And Presenting Expert Opinions Regarding Ongoing Construction Works, Evidence Of Approval For Marketing And Use Of Construction Products And Technical Devices In Construction, 12) Requesting The Construction Manager To Make Corrections Or Re-Performing Faulty Works, As Well As Suspending Further Construction Works In The Event That Their Continuation
