The Subject Of The Order Is: Delivery Of A Special Car For The City Guard In Chełm As Part Of The Implementation Of The Citizens Budget Under The Name Lets Shorten The Implementation Time - Lets Purchase A Vehicle For The City Guard2.1.1. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party: A Special Car In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Its Equipment - Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex To The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement2.1.2. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Vehicle To The Ordering Party, I.E. To The Headquarters Of The Guard Miejskia In Chełm At Ul. Lubelska 65 In Chełm, At Your Own Expense And Risk. 2.1.3. The Delivery Item Will Be Accepted With The Participation Of The Representatives Of The Parties: The Contractor And The Ordering Party. 2.1.4. The Delivered Vehicle Must Be Technically Efficient And Meet All The Conditions Specified In The Applicable Regulations: 1) Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of The Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment. (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502, As Amended);2) Vehicle Type Approval Certificate - Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 775, As Amended).
