1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Mandatory Care Of 60 Trees And The Cutting Of 23 Trees Growing On The Premises Of The University Of Wrocław In Accordance With The List In Annex. No. 1 To Opz And, Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party, Ad Hoc Care And Felling Of Trees Along With The Removal Of Scrap And Fallen Trees On The Property Of The University Of Wrocław. The Work To Be Performed Is Described In Detail In Annex. No. 3 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order.2. The Deadline For Completing The Order Is 24 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract (It Is Assumed That The Contract Is Concluded On The Day Of Signing It By The Last Party) Or Until The Amount Allocated By The Ordering Party For The Execution Of The Order Is Exhausted, Provided That: A) The Obligatory Care Of 60 Trees And The Cutting Of 23 Trees Must Be Carried Out Outside The Breeding Season, I.E. By February 28, 2026 At The Latest, Due To On The Possibility Of Nesting Protected Birds, As Well As The Occurrence Of Habitats Of Protected Bird Species, In Accordance With The Act Of April 16, 2004 On Nature Protection, Act Of April 27, 2001 Environmental Protection Law And The Act Of August 11, 2021 On Alien Species. B) Ad Hoc Care And Felling Of Trees, Along With The Removal Of Scrap And Fallen Trees - The Date Will Be Set On An Ongoing Basis, According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party.3.
