1. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Successive Purchase And Delivery Of Light Fuel Oil For The Heating Needs Of Organizational Units Of The Łochów Commune. 2. The Ordering Party And Individual Units Will Conclude Separate Agreements With The Contractor Resulting From These Proceedings On Their Own Behalf And For Their Own Benefit. 3. The Estimated Demand For The Purchase Of Heating Oil During The Order Execution Period Is Approximately 108,000 Liters, Including: 1) Recipient-Payer: Municipal Office In Łochów: A) Rural Community Center In Łazy: 3,000 Liters, B) Rural Community Center In Łosiewice: 9,000 Liters, C) Community Center Of The Volunteer Fire Department In Ostrówek: 5,000 Liters,D) Volunteer Fire Department In Brzuza: 2,000 Liters;2) Recipient-Payer: Local Government Home For The Pogodnej Starości: 19,000 Liters;3) Recipient-Payer: Primary School No. 2 In Łochów: 50,000 Liters;4) Recipient-Payer: Primary School Wincenty Witos In Gwizdały: 20,000 Liters.4. The Quantities Of Fuel Oil Indicated In Section 3 Are Approximate Quantities Estimated On The Basis Of The Current Consumption Of Heating Oil By Individual Units, Hence The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Claim For Deliveries In The Amounts Given Above. The Actual Amount Of Heating Oil Will Result From The Current Needs Of The Units During The Contract Implementation Period, And The Ordering Party Indicates That The Minimum Level Of Order Fulfillment Is 50% Of The Estimated Demand For Each Customer. 5. Fuel Oil Deliveries Will Be Made Successively In Partial Deliveries Based On Unilateral Instructions From The Recipients Submitted By Phone Or Via E-Mail, Specifying The Quantity And Place Of Delivery. 6. Oil Will Be Purchased On A Cashless Basis. 7. Option Right: 1) During The Order Execution Period, In The Event Of Greater Demand For Fuel Oil Than Expected, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Increasing Option Right In Accordance With Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law;2) Under The Option Right, Individual Recipients Will Have The Opportunity To Increase The Amount Of The Estimated Demand For The Basic Order Up To 20%;3) The Ordering Party Stipulates That Deliveries Covered By The Option Right Are To Be Made On The Terms Specified For The Basic Order, Including The Discount Granted As Part Of The Offer;4) Confirmation Of The Activation And Use Of The Option Right Will Be The Submission By An Individual Recipient Of A Declaration Of Will To Exercise The Option Right, Which He Or She May Exercise Several Times Until The Option Is Achieved. The Maximum Level Of The Option Right; 5) The Option Right Is A Right Of The Ordering Party, Which May Or May Not Be Exercised As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, Therefore The Contractor Cannot Submit Claims For The Unused Part Of The Optional Order. 8. Fuel Oil Must Have The Physico-Chemical Properties Specified In The Polish Standard Pn-C-96024:2011 Petroleum Products - Fuel Oils For The L-1 Grade, I.E.
