1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Sale And Delivery By Own Transport Of Road Salt Used For Winter Road Maintenance.2. Description Of The Subject Of The Order: A) The Salt Is Intended For Combating Black Ice On The Road, With Granules Of 0.16 - 4.0 Mm. B) Dr Non-Caking Road Salt Should Meet The Conditions Set Out In The Polish Standard Pn C 840-2:1998 Food Salt. These Are The Following Requirements: - Sodium Chloride Nacl Content - At Least 90%, - Content Of Substances Insoluble In Water - 8.0% Maximum, - Water Content - 3.0% Maximum, - Potassium Ferrocyanide Content - 20 Mg/Kg New Edition Of The Above-Mentioned Standard, I.E. Pn C-840-2: 1998 Salt (Sodium Chloride) Food Salt Replaced The Old Pn Standard 86/C-84081/02, Eliminating The Term Road Salt And Not Specifying Any Requirements For Road Salt. It Is Hereby Recognized That, For The Purposes Of Assessing Road Salt, The Requirements Of The Old Standard Are Appropriate And Should Continue To Apply. (Winter Road Maintenance Guidelines Developed By The Road And Bridge Research Institute For The Needs Of Gddp).3. Place Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order: The City Of Pabianice - Ul. Warzowna 14. Order Quantities – 300 Tons Of Road Salt In Bulk. The Single Order Quantity Will Be 100 Mg.5. The Implementation Of The Public Procurement Will Take Place From The Date Of Signing The Contract (Around February 9, 2026) Until April 15, 2026, Successively According To The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party, Reported 5 Days In Advance By Telephone.6. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Use The Full Quantity Of The Public Order, Which Depends On Weather Conditions.7. Cpv Codes: 14.41.00.00-8 – Rock Salt8. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A 12-Month Warranty For The Delivered Subject Matter Of The Order.9. Any Quantitative Complaints Should Be Submitted On The Day Of Purchase, And Qualitative Complaints On The Day Of Their Disclosure.10. The Contractor Is Obliged To Settle The Complaint Immediately After Receiving Notification Of Defective Performance Of The Contract, No Longer Than 14 Days.11. Financial Terms Of Settlement: A) The Settlement Of The Subject Of The Order Will Take Place Once A Month Until The Last Day Of Each Month - Based On A Confirmed Proof Of Delivery Or Collection By The Ordering Party. B) Each Time, The Remuneration Will Be Payable By Transfer Within 30 Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Original, Correctly Issued Invoice (Bill). C) The Remuneration Given In The Offer Is Fixed And Is Not Subject To Indexation During The Term Of The Contract.
