The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Postal Services To The Municipal Roads Authority In Gliwice, Consisting In Accepting, Transporting And Delivering Postal Items In Domestic And Foreign Traffic And Providing The Ordering Party With Return Acknowledgments Of Receipt After Successful Delivery, As Well As Returning To The Ordering Party Undelivered Postal Items To The Recipient After Exhausting All Possibilities Of Their Delivery Or Release, Along With The Service Of Daily Collection Of Postal Items, In Accordance With The Relevant Regulations. Regulations, In Particular: A) The Act Of November 23, 2012 - Postal Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 366), B) The Regulation Of The Minister Of Administration And Digitization Of April 29, 2013 On The Conditions For The Provision Of Universal Services By The Designated Operator (Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 1026), C) The Regulation The Minister Of Administration And Digitization Of November 26, 2013 On Complaints About Postal Services (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2019, Item 474), D) International Postal Regulations Regarding The Provision Of Postal Services In Foreign Traffic, Unless They Provide Otherwise Than Regulated By The Provisions Of The Act Of November 23, 2012 - Postal Law. The Contractor Is Fully Bound By All The Above-Mentioned Legal Acts, Which In A Complete And Detailed Manner, They Regulate The Provision Of Postal Services Covered By The Subject Of This Procedure In The Current Legal Status. In The Event Of The Loss Of Validity Of The Above-Mentioned Legal Acts, The Legal Acts Adopted And Issued In Their Place Will Apply.
