Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Multimedia Equipment For The Faculty Of Chemistry And The Faculty Of Architecture For The Implementation Of The Project Engineer 5.0 - Education For The Needs Of The Economy.

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Multimedia Equipment For The Faculty Of Chemistry And The Faculty Of Architecture For The Implementation Of The Project Engineer 5.0 - Education For The Needs Of The Economy Co-Financed By The European Union From The European Social Fund Plus Under The European Funds For Social Development Program 2021-2027, Co-Financing Agreement Number Fers.01.05-Ip.08-0285/23-00.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To Swz.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 5 To Swz.4. Settlements Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor Will Be Made In Pln.5. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Tasks. 6. The Contractor May Entrust The Execution Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor. In Such A Case, The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Indicate In The Offer The Parts Of The Order The Performance Of Which He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors, And Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known.7. The Offer Must Be Clear And Comprehensive, I.E. Cover The Entire Range Of A Given Part Of The Order. The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party.8. The Ordering Party Does Not Plan To Use The Option.9. Equivalent Solutions: Each Time A Standard, Technical Assessment, Technical Specification And Technical Reference System Referred To In Art. Are Indicated In This Tor Or Other Procurement Documents. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, It Should Be Assumed That The Phrase Or Equivalent Was Used In Reference To It. It Is Permissible To Apply Appropriate Standards From European Union Countries, To The Extent Adopted By Polish Legislation, As Long As The Applied Standards Guarantee That Standards Are Maintained At A Level Not Worse Than The Requirements Specified In The Above-Mentioned. Standards.10. Together With The Delivery, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Warranty Cards In Polish In Paper Version (1 Copy) Or In Electronic Version To The Address Indicated In The Contract, Confirming The Granting Of The Warranty And The Period For Which It Was Granted.
