The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Preparing And Delivering Two-Course Lunches For Pupils Of The Dom Marzeń Care And Education Facility In Prudnik. The Total Expected Number Of Lunches In The Period Covered By This Contract Is 4,676 Dinners For Each Part. This Quantity May Change, E.G. Due To The Attendance Of The Facilitys Pupils, Organized Events, Etc. The Quantity May Also Change, E.G. Due To A Situation That The Ordering Party Was Unable To Predict Earlier. Due To The Specific Type Of The Subject Of The Order, It Is Not Possible To Precisely Estimate The Number Of Dinners. Failure By The Contractor To Achieve The Maximum Number Of Lunches May Not Result In Any Claims On The Part Of The Contractor.
