A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Depending On The Part, Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Preparing And Delivering Two-Course Lunches For Pupils Of The Dom Marzeń Care And Education Facility In Prudnik. The Total Expected Number Of Lunches In The Period Covered By This Contract Is 4,676 Dinners For Each Part. This Quantity May Change, E.G. Due To The Attendance Of The Facilitys Pupils, Organized Events, Etc. The Quantity May Also Change, E.G. Due To A Situation That The Ordering Party Was Unable To Predict Earlier. Due To The Specific Type Of The Subject Of The Order, It Is Not Possible To Precisely Estimate The Number Of Dinners. Failure By The Contractor To Achieve The Maximum Number Of Lunches May Not Result In Any Claims On The Part Of The Contractor. Lunches Are To Be Delivered Every Day, Regardless Of Holidays, Holidays, Vacations Or Low Attendance Of Pupils, To The Building Of The Dom Marzeń Care And Educational Facility In Prudnik At The Address 48-200 Prudnik, Ul. Kościuszki 55A, 1St Floor. Dinner Consists Of: A) Soup: Min. 400 Ml, With Meat Or Vegetable Broths (Including Cucumber Soup, Żurek Soup, Red Borscht, Broccoli, Pumpkin Soup, Krupnik Soup, Cauliflower Soup, Broth, Potato Soup, Etc.), Temperature Not Lower Than 75 Degrees C At The Time Of Receipt, B) 2Nd Course: Min. 150 G Of Meat Or Fish (Weight After Processing), Min. 200 G Of Cooked Groats/Rice/Noodles/Pasta/Potatoes, Min. 150 G Salad/Vegetables/Boiled Vegetables For Each Second Course, Dumplings, Potato Dumplings, Cabbage Rolls (Min. 350 G), Pancakes, Pancakes, Croquettes With Meat/Cabbage And Mushrooms (Min. 380 G) - Meal Temperature Not Lower Than 65 Degrees C At The Time Of Receipt.
