The Subject Of The Order Includes: • Successive Delivery Of Diesel Oil Meeting The Quality Requirements According To The Polish Standard Pn-En 590 Or An Equivalent Standard; • The Estimated Demand For Diesel Oil During The Period Covered By The Order Is Up To 40,000 Liters, • The Amount Of Diesel Oil Given Is An Estimate. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Purchase A 35% Smaller Amount Of Diesel Oil Without Any Financial Consequences Or Compensation To The Contractor, Therefore The Ordering Party Guarantees The Purchase Of Diesel Oil In An Amount Of 65%.• Place Of Order Performance: The Diesel Oil Constituting The Subject Of The Order Will Be Released Into A Fuel Tank With A Capacity Of 5,000 L Located: At The Address: Słupia 153, 28-350 Słupia• The Single Quantity Of Diesel Oil Delivered Will Be No Less Than 4000 L And Not More Than 4500 L
