Tenders are invited for E-Marketing Vocational Trainer - Youth Program Deadline: Tuesday, 27. Jan 2026 Background: Farah Social Foundation is implementing a vocational training program aimed at equipping youth with market-relevant skills in digital marketing and e-commerce. The program responds to the growing demand for digital marketing professionals and leads to a MEHE-certified certificate upon successful completion. Objective of the Assignment: To design and deliver a 150-hour vocational training on e-marketing, enabling youth to understand, plan, and implement digital marketing campaigns, leverage social media tools, and apply basic analytics for business growth. Scope of Work The trainer will be responsible for: Designing and delivering a 150-hour e-marketing training program Ensuring compliance with MEHE vocational certification requirements Delivering practical, hands-on sessions with real-life case studies and exercises Introducing participants to digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics Applying participatory and practice-based training methods tailored to youth Providing guidance on online business promotion, content creation, and customer engagement Training Structure Total duration: 150 hours Daily schedule: 5 hours per day Target group: Youth aged 1525 years Training modality: In-person (theory + practical exercises and projects) Key Training Topics (Indicative) The training must include, at minimum: Introduction to digital marketing and e-commerce Understanding target audiences and customer personas Social media platforms and marketing strategies (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) Content creation and basic graphic design tools Search engine optimization (SEO) fundamentals Email marketing and messaging campaigns Digital advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads basics) Analytics and performance measurement tools Online branding and reputation management Cybersecurity basics and safe online practices Customer engagement and online sales conversion strategies Deliverables The trainer is expected to deliver: Detailed training curriculum and session plans Training materials (presentations, manuals, practical guides) Delivery of 150 hours of training Pre- and post-training assessments Attendance sheets and practical evaluation checklists Final training completion report Documentation required for MEHE certification Duration & Level of Effort Total level of effort: 150 training hours Coordination & Reporting The trainer will report to the Project Manager and coordinate closely with the Technical and MEAL teams. Progress updates and compliance with training standards will be required. Qualifications & Experience The trainer must have: Degree or certification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field Minimum 5 years of practical experience in digital marketing or e-marketing campaigns Proven experience delivering vocational or technical training Strong hands-on experience with social media, content creation, and analytics tools Knowledge of MEHE vocational standards (asset) Experience working with youth and vulnerable groups (asset) Payment Terms Payment based on actual training hours delivered Payments released upon submission and approval of deliverables Ethical, Safety & Safeguarding Requirements The trainer must comply with the organizations Code of Conduct and PSEA, at all times.
